In the plastic processing and production, some of the enterprises use plastic feedback to produce film. As the impurities contained in the plastic feedback is complex, in the blown film production process, the film color will be a little black, without gloss on the surface of the film. In order to solve the problem, our company developed a new generation of polyolefin film whitening & brightening masterbatch PK-3 and PK-4.

Product advantages

This product is different from other whitening & brightening masterbatch in the market (calcium carbonate whitening & brightening masterbatch)， because the polarity of calcium carbonate is relatively strong, which will greatly shorten the aging resistance of products; and PK-3，PK-4 is mainly made of inorganic filler such as hydrated magnesium silicate. it can effectively improve the whiteness of plastic products, and improve the product's surface gloss without affecting the aging resistance and transparency of products after addition.

Application

Widely used in PE,PPEVA renewable materials, as well as a variety of processing technology.

Product characteristics

Due to the different processing technology, PK-3 is grass green cylindrical particle, while PK-4 is bright yellow cylindrical particle.

Usage guide

It is recommended to add 2%, which can be used in production after mixed evenly with raw materials. lt should be mixed when it is required for use.

Packing specification

25kg/bag; The outer packing is custom-made upon the request of customers.

Storage

Placed in a dry place, prevented from sunlight; guarantee period of 1 year.
